Review: I felt like I was listening to a friend as I was reading this book. Marie did a good job making you feel like you are right there with Kate through her troubles. Another thing I liked was the romance of this book as well as the little mysteries that keep you turning the pages. With the way this book is written you would not know that this is the first book that Marie has written as she writes with like an experienced writer. This book is also full of emotions which makes you connect with the character even more. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a new author to enjoy. I recently read "Love finds you in Bridal Veil, Oregon" by Miralee Ferrell, and really enjoyed it.

ReplyDeleteI recently read/reviewed Stealing The Preacher by Karen Witemeyer and loved it! Not only was she a new-to-me author, the book is in a genre I don't normally read. I loved the plot and thought the whole premise was very funny. Stop by and check it out!

I've recently discovered JR Ward and absolutely adore her writing!
ReplyDeleteYes! Totally can't wait to read this! Adding it to my TBR list... Love that cover, too ; ) I always wonder how much power they have over the direction of the design of their book cover. My brother just got into designing book covers and would like to know what he should expect! Thanks for sharing with us and Thanks for the giveaway!
