This is a weekly meme hosted by Crazy for Books. This weeks question is: What’s the ONE super-hyped book you’ll NEVER read?
I can think of four that I won't read. Harry Potter, Twilight, Hunger Games and 50 Shades of Grey. I have nothing against the books or the authors they are just not for me. What book that the whole world loves will you not read? I would like to hear your thoughts.
I'm with you on 50 Shades of Grey. I haven't read Twilight, either, and don't anticipate doing so, but I won't say I would never read it. 50 Shades, though, sounds too much like porn veiled in a novel for my taste.
ReplyDeleteI dont think I will ever read Twilight or the Hunger Games, they are not my favorite kinds of books.
ReplyDeleteI tried Hunger Games. Didn't get to far. Too violent for me. Not my cup of tea. I tried Harry Potter and Twilight series and i don't know what all the hype is about. As far as 50 Shades goes, if you can get through all the sex in the book , it does have a good storyline.

Ditto on the 50 Shades and Twilight. I tried Hunger Games, nah. I have #6 and #7 of HP to go and then I'm done.
