Meet the author - Marta PerryMarta Perry realized she wanted to be a writer at age eight, when she read her first Nancy Drew novel. A lifetime spent in rural Pennsylvania and her own Pennsylvania Dutch roots led Marta to the books she writes now about the Amish. I am a fan of Marta Perry's so every time I get the chance to read a book by her I am excited. This book did not disappoint. I enjoyed following along on on Rebecca's journey of getting a new home and quilt shop all in one shot. In fact I was drawn from the first page as this was a real engaging story. It was nice to hear the story from both Rebecca's and Daniel's points of view. I honestly can't say anything bad about this book because it was just that good to me.
