My Review:  This was a fun book to read. I liked how the Cupcake Combat was the back drop fopr friends finding out they love each other. Books like this just make me feel good. I enjoyed how the author developed the characters and let us hear their thoughts through out the entire book. It was fun reading about the competition in the background as I enjoy foodie competitions and then add the element of Lucas and Kate into the mix. I will say these two drive me crazy in a fun way as you just want to tell them to wake up, but that is part of what kept me reading to see if they would eventually find each other as more than friends. I recommend this book as a fun summer read.
