My Review: I am not a believer in diets so I thought ok let's pick this book up and see what they have to say. From the first page I enjoyed reading this book, I like that it is not a diet book but a way to live book. It was nice how in each chapter you get some ten minute ideas on how to use their strategies. This is a very upbeat book to read so you don't feel as if you are being bogged down with a lot of information. I look forward to learning how to live better through this book.
