My Review: I enjoyed this book as I am a fan of historical fiction especially the Tudor time period. I like how it picks a new character in history that I have never read about: Lucy Morgan. The queen picks Lucy to be a spy for her but she gets more than she bargains for. The author did a good job of bringing the characters alive and holding your interest throughout the whole book. Another thing I liked is how the author was very accurate in her use of history, to me this is an important thing in a historical fiction book and it makes it that much more interesting to me. The attention to detail was very good, I felt as if I was right there in the queens court alongside Lucy. I can't imagine living in that time period, I think it must have been very hard. One thing that I think made this book move fast for me is that it is told from three different characters points of view. This is the first book I have read by this author and I look forward to reading more. I recommend this to all Tudor fans. I received this book from the author in exchange for a fair and honest review. I give this book 5 stars.
