My thoughts:
This is a nice quality journal/diary. I love the cover as it is not hard nor soft but in between so it will hold up to using it for a long time. The color and artwork are very peaceful. I enjoyed reading the introduction to this journal as it not only explains what mindfulness is to those who do not know but it also gives you tips and pointers for choosing mindfulness and how to use the journal. I also liked how the author encourages you to skip around in the journal and do what prompts/quotes fit you for the day. There is no right way to use this diary other than what is right for you. I look forward to working my way through this book. I voluntarily reviewed this book.
