My thoughts:
I have been enjoying this book. I have started with the first week and doing the activities as it states. It has really helped me with learning to take a moment and breathe as well as meditate. I do this every night before bed and am learning how to shut my mind off. I like how each week you are given a guided meditation to help you along. The author also gives you suggestions for the week to help you learn how to practice a calmer life. I think as the year goes on I will find that I enjoy it more and more. I find it very helpful for someone who wants to make some changes in their life.
